Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u0623: The student is entitled to a full refund without any deductions in the following cases:<\/strong><\/figure>\n
\u0623,1: In the event of inability to secure the requested dates within a maximum of two weeks from the date of the appointment request.<\/strong><\/figure>\n
\u0623,2: In case of dissatisfaction with the trainer\u2019s performance after trying two different trainers, with only one hour of trial for each.<\/strong><\/figure>\n
\u0628: The student is entitled to a refund of the paid amount after a 10% administrative fee deduction if the refund request is made before the start date, with a maximum period of two weeks from the payment date.<\/strong><\/figure>\n
\u062c: The student is entitled to a refund for unused sessions during the course in case of dissatisfaction, after a 10% deduction from the course fee as an administrative charge.<\/strong><\/figure>\n
\u062f: No refund is permitted for any paid amounts if the level’s validity period has expired.<\/strong><\/figure>\n
\u062e: No refund is permitted for any paid amounts for any other reasons.<\/strong><\/figure>\n
\u0648: The refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used by the student. In the case of payment via “Fawry,” the refund will be processed through the same “Fawry” method. The refund will be issued in cash. The management of Quran Online is committed to refunding the requested amount within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of the refund request.<\/strong><\/figure>\n
