The student is allowed to book sessions with any number of sheikhs they wish.The student is not allowed to book more than 4 sessions with the same sheikh on the same day.Sessions can be conducted via mobile phone, tablet, or laptop.Sessions are conducted through the Zoom app, and the student must download the app and have an active account before the first session.The student is allowed to book any session up to two hours before the scheduled time. And not less than that.The student is allowed to cancel any session two hours or more before the scheduled time. If the cancellation occurs less than two hours before the scheduled session, the session will be considered canceled, and no refund will be provided.The student must ensure they have a good internet connection and a functioning microphone before starting any session.If the student is late for more than 15 minutes, the session will automatically end, and you will not be able to attend it. and the amount will not be refunded.Please ensure you are in a quiet place and avoid eating during the session to maximize the benefits of the session.Please refrain from discussing controversial topics such as political or religious issues. And avoid attacking the other party with any inappropriate words or methods, either religiously or socially. In the event of this happening, your membership will be canceled on the site without any refund.Maintaining personal information and not sharing it. Please refrain from asking the teacher for their contact information, as it is strictly prohibited (e.g., phone number, email, social media accounts, etc.).The teacher is allowed to be late for a maximum of 15 minutes. If the teacher is late for more than 15 minutes, the session will be canceled and returned to the balance of unscheduled sessions.In case of dissatisfaction with a specific session, please contact the support department, and the session fee will be refunded.The validity of the subscription period depends on the type of package purchased.Note:The above-mentioned terms and conditions are not exhaustive.
